This is Ameriloan. They are an unlicensed payday loan company operating on an Indian reservation in Florida. They do not hold a license to loan money to anyone in the U.S. and therefore cannot legally take anyone to court. They will call and threaten anyone who owes them money or anyone they think owes them money but it's all B.S. Just don't give them your bank account or debit card information as they will drain your account for every penny they can get. They are a bunch of crooks operating on the outer edges of the law.

telling me I won a trip. I had gone on a cruise and filled out papers and won.. Wanting my first name and ss#. I told him if I won something to mail it to me. he hung up.

They call everyor hour and hang up or leave no message on vmail, more often than not the caller just hangs up as soon as I answer the phone. They are breaking several laws, I just wish I could get some information about who this company is. When I dial the # back, I receive a long screeching tone and nothing.
